Checkers Stickables 2026: the full list, the golden ones and how to complete it

Checkers Stickables are the supermarket collectable of spring 2026: 50 reusable stickers, each one themed on a brand you will find on a Checkers shelf, plus a golden version of every one of them. You cannot buy them - you earn them at the till - which is exactly what makes the last few so hard to get.

How the promotion works

According to Checkers' own promotion rules, you get one Stickable for every R200 you spend at Checkers, Checkers Hyper, Checkers Foods or on Sixty60, as long as you swipe an Xtra Savings card. There is a cap of 10 per transaction, and the promotion runs from 21 September to 8 November 2026, or until the stock runs out. You do not get to choose which sticker you get, which is where the swapping starts.

The set: 50 stickers and 50 golden ones

The core set is 50 stickers, one for each brand in the range - ABSA, Clover milk, Eskort, Huggies, Jungle and the rest. Every one of those also exists as a golden version, which is far rarer than the standard sticker, so a truly complete collection is 100 stickers. Why the last few take forever

If every one of the 50 standard stickers were equally likely, you would expect to open around 225 Stickables before you had all 50. At one sticker per R200, that is roughly R45,000 of shopping - and that is before a single golden one.

The reason is simple maths. Your first 40 different stickers come quickly - about 79 packs on average - because almost every pack is new. The last 10 take around 146 more, because by then nearly every pack is one you already have. Rarer stickers make it worse, not better. This is the same curve every sticker album follows, and it is why swapping exists.

How to finish the set without doubling your grocery bill

• Swap early. Doubles are worth most while everyone is still collecting. After 8 November, nobody is opening new packs.
• Pool with family. One household sharing one collection gets there far faster than three households each chasing their own.
• Buy the last few as singles. Once you are down to a handful, buying exactly those beats opening another hundred packs. Paste your missing brands into our checklist and we will show you which we have.
• Sell your spares in one go. We buy standard Stickables for R5 each and golden ones for R20. Because you pay the postage to send them to us, we take offers from R100 - so save up your doubles and send them together.

Keeping them in good condition

Stickables are reusable, which is half the fun - but a sticker that has been stuck and peeled a dozen times loses its tack and picks up fluff. If you want a set to keep, leave one of each on its backing and play with the doubles. Store them flat, out of the sun, and keep the golden ones apart so they do not get scratched.
